Smaller on the scale but definitely just as important, this property at Everton hills had water ingress down the external wall and required some basic plaster and skirting repairs. The skirting and damaged plaster was removed to allow restoration to dry out the moisture in the walls, then back together it all went. The new skirting was matched to the existing profile, and the walls repaired and painted to ensure everything matched. Good as new!
