During the large rain events which hit the Gold Coast in 2021, the owners of this property discovered a few damaged roof tiles had let large amounts of water into the ceiling cavity. The ceiling had to be dropped as it was unable to be saved. Our team went through and removed all existing ceiling and cornice to the kitchen and dining area, hung the new ceiling and painted both walls and ceiling.
